Non-Retaliation
Kingdom Law supports a culture in which individuals can raise good-faith concerns without fear of improper retaliation.
Retaliation against an individual for appropriately reporting a concern, participating in a compliance review, or cooperating with an authorized investigation is inconsistent with the governance standards Kingdom Law seeks to promote.
Reports made knowingly in bad faith or for intentionally improper purposes may be addressed under applicable organizational policies.

Compliance concerns will be handled with appropriate discretion and shared only with individuals who reasonably need the information to evaluate, investigate, respond to, or resolve the matter, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, security, and organizational requirements.
Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.
Investigations and Cooperation
Kingdom Law may coordinate with appropriate organizational leadership, compliance professionals, security personnel, human resources professionals, licensed attorneys, outside investigators, auditors, or other qualified specialists when reviewing significant compliance matters.
Personnel are expected to cooperate appropriately with authorized investigations, audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance inquiries.
Leadership Responsibility
Ethical culture begins with leadership.
Leaders throughout the enterprise are expected to promote responsible conduct, support appropriate compliance procedures, protect organizational integrity, and appropriately escalate significant legal, ethical, regulatory, or compliance concerns.

Kingdom Law believes that strong governance and ethical leadership are essential to protecting the long-term interests of the enterprise.
We are committed to supporting an environment where business objectives are pursued with integrity, decisions are made responsibly, and accountability remains an essential part of organizational leadership.
